Born from the ashes of the forum Verantwortung für Kinder (german for “responsibilty for children”, 2004-2006), at September 6th 2006 Fate and Challenge went online. Marco had gathered all his texts and published as his personal Website about a non-offending life as a pedophile. During the next four and a half years the site and its readership grew. It earned respect as it was the only german resource at the time representing the concept of the pedophilic non-offender as clearly and vehemently. Maybe even internationally. In late 2010 he decided to end his activism using the website and prepared to hand over responsibility for the project to our team. In spring of 2011 the team took over.
Now, more than 10 years later, our team still holds up the voluntary work to inform about and destigmatize the pedophilic sexual preference and minor atrtracted people. In the meantime we have been able to found an association and have a heck of a lot of plans for what is to come.
But today we'd like to invite you to remember the years that have passed to honor reaching this milestone that in 2011 surely nobody had thought of celebrating some day:
It is great that our team has won valueable members over time and got bigger. There are NewMan und Max, the most senior SuH team members, Leon, our server-wizard, as well as Caspar and Mano, busy moderators of the forum who we got to know via the guestbook back in the day. Additionally there currently are three more helpers David, Naches and Mascha who help shape the face of Fate and Challenge. But those aren't all of them who have “helped shape” the website. We suggest you take a look at the page “Contributors”, where the names of all people are listed who have directly and actively helped with SuH and its projects over the years.
